There are many advantages to choosing townhome living.  Low maintenance of yard and driveway is attractive to many consumers.  One can have comparable living space to that of a house without all the work.

South of the QEW most of the townhomes are located in higher density areas close to the two business centers -  downtown and Bronte.  As a result they are close to shopping, amenities, services and transportation. 

This type of living is also a thoughtful choice of pet lovers.  Many of the condos around town have pet restrictions.  Some of the condo-townhouse complexes do as well but they are less stringent.  It is also nice for a dog to have a patch of grass.

Prices run across a very wide range:   $160,000 to over $2 million.
